摘要
采用传统固相反应法制备了Li_2Zn_2Mo_3O_(12)微波介质陶瓷,利用XRD、SEM和矢量网络分析仪,系统研究了主要烧结工艺参数对该材料物相组成、显微组织和微波介电性能的影响。结果表明:经540℃预烧后在630℃保温2 h烧结的陶瓷形成了单一的Li_2Zn_2Mo_3O_(12)相,显微组织较均匀,相对密度达到95.6%,具有良好的综合介电性能:ε_r=10.6,Q·f=57 893 GHz,τf=–66×10^(–6)/℃。
Li2Zn2Mo3Ol2 microwave dielectric ceramics were prepared by the conventional solid-state ceramic route. The effects of main sintering parameters on phase composition, microstructure and microwave dielectric properties of Li2Zn2Mo3012 ceramics along with their relationships were investigated by XRD, SEM and network analyzer, etc. The optimal sintering process parameters were determined at calcining temperature of 540 ℃, sintering temperature of 630 ℃ and soaking time of 2 h. Li2Zn2Mo3O12 ceramic sintered with this optimal sintering process shows uniform microstructure, relative density of 95.6%, and the optimal microwave dielectric properties of εr=10.6, Q ·f=57 893 GHz, τf= -66× 10-6/℃.
