伏隔核区D-丝氨酸促进可卡因诱导的SD大鼠条件性位置偏爱消退 被引量:1

摘要 目的:通过建立可卡因诱导的SD大鼠条件性位置偏爱模型,研究伏隔核区D-丝氨酸浓度变化,以及腹腔、伏隔核区注射D-丝氨酸对条件性位置偏爱消退的影响。方法:(1)建立可卡因诱导的条件性位置偏爱模型,使用高液相色谱分析技术研究伏隔核区D-丝氨酸浓度变化。(2)建立条件性位置偏爱模型,研究腹腔注射D-丝氨酸(100 mg/kg)对条件性位置偏爱消退训练的影响。(3)建立条件性位置偏爱模型,研究伏隔核区注射D-丝氨酸(5μg/侧)对条件性位置偏爱消退训练的影响。结果:(1)条件性位置偏爱SD大鼠伏隔核区D-丝氨酸浓度降低[条件性位置偏爱组(2.80±0.45)pmol/μg,对照组(4.21±0.68)pmol/μg,P=0.028]。(2)腹腔注射D-丝氨酸可促进条件性位置偏爱大鼠消退训练[条件性位置偏爱鼠腹腔注射D-丝氨酸组(426.8±42.1)s,条件性位置偏爱鼠腹腔注射生理盐水组(501.6±46.2)s,P=0.008]。(3)伏隔核区微量注射D-丝氨酸可促进条件性位置偏爱大鼠消退训练[条件性位置偏爱鼠微注射D-丝氨酸组(471.2±38.5)s,条件性位置偏爱鼠微注射生理盐水组(496.1±40.8)s,P=0.006]。结论 :D-丝氨酸可能是一种辅助认知行为疗法的治疗可卡因成瘾的有效药物。
