摘要
以水镁石为原料,马弗炉中340℃煅烧后,在水热反应釜中,以对甲苯磺酸钠作为诱导剂,直接转化制备氢氧化镁,并考查诱导剂对氢氧化镁形貌的影响和诱导剂的循环使用性能。结果表明:对甲苯磺酸钠对氢氧化镁的形貌起到类似晶型导向剂的作用,且对甲苯磺酸钠的重复使用性能良好;通过改变水热溶剂为5 mol/L的氢氧化钠溶液,能改变氢氧化镁产品的表面极性和纯度。
After the brucite, raw material, was calcinated at 340 ℃in Muffle furnace, the magnesium hydroxide was obtained by hydrothermal reaction, sodium p-toluene sulfonate as inducer.The effect of sodium p-toluene sulfonate on the morphology of Mg(OH)2, and the cyclic performance of the inducer through the hydrothermal solution containing inducer recycle were studied.The results show that sodium p-toluene sulfonate play a similar crystal orientation agent role on the morphology of Mg(OH)_2.Sodium p-toluene sulfonate has good performance of usage repeatedly. By changing the hydrothermal solution of 5 mol/L sodium hydroxide solution, the surface polarity and the purity of magnesium hydroxide is improved.
