摘要
以煤焦油沥青为原料,经溶剂沉降法获得精制煤焦油软沥青。采用索式抽提法、元素分析法、核磁共振氢谱(1H-NMR)、凝胶渗透色谱法(GPC)对精制煤焦油软沥青的组成结构进行了表征,采用改进的Brown-Lander模型计算出其分子平均结构参数,得出平均分子式为C_(45.59)H_(23.50)N_(0.34)S_(0.08)O_(0.51)。通过热聚合实验,考察了精制煤焦油软沥青的热反应性能,获得最佳的热聚合反应条件为:温度420℃,时间15 h;并将其热聚合过程与温度变化曲线进行了关联。
Using coal tar pitch as the raw material, refined coal tar soft pitch was obtained through solvent precipitation method. The characteristics of molecular structure of refined coal tar soft pitch were analyzed by Soxhlet method, elemental analysis, nuclear magnetic resonance hydrogen spectrum(1H-NMR) and gel permeation chromatography(GPC). The average molecular structure parameter was deduced by the improved Brown-Lander model and its average molecular formula was C45.59H23.50N0.34S0.08O0.51. By thermal polymerization test, the thermal reaction performance of refined coal tar soft pitch was studied,obtaining the best thermal polymerization reaction condition: the temperature was 420 ℃ and time was 15 h. On this basis, the thermal polymerization process and temperature curve of refined coal tar soft pitch were associated.
