摘要
目的:通过对某医学高校大学生造血干细胞捐献知识的知晓率调查,从而端正大学生对造血干细胞捐献的态度,也为学校开展宣传教育提供帮助和参考。方法:采用分层整群随机抽样方法抽取342名学生进行匿名式问卷调查;数据采用SPSS 21.0录入,并进行统计分析。结果:该校学生对造血干细胞捐献相关知识的综合知晓率为68.6%,而捐献造血干细胞不会影响身体健康,知道的仅有39.4%,对目前采集造血干细胞的常用方式只有118人(34.7%)有比较清晰的认识。其中年级、生源地、是否主动了解知识及家长文化程度是影响大学生造血干细胞捐献认知的因素(P<0.05)。结论:该校大学生对造血干细胞捐献知识缺乏正确的认知,建议提高大学生对捐献知识的认知程度,加强造血干细胞捐献知识的宣传教育和普及工作。
Objective To investigate medical student awareness of hematopoietic stem cells donation, so as to correct their attitude toward the donation of hematopoietic stem cells and provide help and reference for publicity and education in medical schools. Methods Stratified cluster random sampling was adopted to choose 342 freshman and sophomores majoring in public health for anonymous questionnaires. Data were input and analyzed by SPSS 21. 0. Results The awareness rate of hematopoietic stem cells donation was 68.6% ,but only 39.4% of the respondents knew that the donation will not affect their health. Only 118 students （34.7%） knew exactly the usual way for the colIection of hematopoietic stem cells. Grade, source of students, initiative to pursue the knowledge and the educational level of their parents are the influence factors of the awareness（P〈0.05）. Conclusions College students should enhance their awareness of hematopoietic stern cell donation,meanwhile,publicity and education of the related knowledge should be strengthened.
