摘要
目的探究宫腹腔镜治疗不孕症的临床效果与价值。方法以长垣县人民医院2012年4月—2014年3月间收治的女性不孕症患者500例为研究对象进行分析,实施宫腹腔镜治疗,总结治疗结果。结果腹腔镜检查结果阳性率88.20%,盆腔粘连51.80%、子宫内膜异位症19.00%与多囊卵巢10.00%是主要病因;宫腔镜检查结果阳性率51.80%,子宫内膜异常17.00%、宫颈或宫腔内良性肿瘤13.00%、输卵管开口异常12.60%是主要病因;术前造影检查与术中符合率为50.89%,有效随访患者352例,受孕率51.70%,双侧输卵管畅通受孕率72.51%显著高于一侧或者双侧不通患者49.64%、22.54%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫腹腔镜治疗不孕症效果显著,有助于准确诊断患者宫腔、盆腔病变,提升术后妊娠率,值得临床大力推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect and value of hysteroscopy in the treatment of infertility. Methods Totally 500 cases of female infertility patients treated in our hospital from April 2012 to March 2014 were analyzed,and the implementation of the treatment of uterine laparoscopy,summarized the treatment results. Results The results of laparoscopic examination positive rate of 88. 2%,pelvic adhesion 51. 80,endometriosis 19. 00% and polycystic ovary10. 00% is main cause; Hysteroscopy results positive rate of 51. 80,endometrial abnormal 17. 00%,cervical or intrauterine benign tumor 13. 00%,fallopian tube opening abnormal 12. 60% is the main etiology; Preoperative angiography and surgery in coincidence rate for 50. 89%,352 patients with effective follow-up,the fertility rate of 51. 7%,bilateral fallopian tube smooth conception rate of 72. 51% was significantly higher than that of the side or bilateral obstruction patients 49. 64%,22. 54%,the difference is statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion The effect of hysteroscopy in the treatment of infertility is remarkable,and it can help to diagnose patients with uterine cavity and pelvic cavity disease,improve the pregnancy rate,which is worthy of clinical application.
