摘要
在2016年的"十三五"开局之年,我国的民航空管系统也进入了关键之年,随着民用运输机场数量的扩张,运输飞机数量的增多,空管系统将迎来更为广阔的发展机遇,然而,也面临更大的空管技术和管理方面的压力,为了提升民航空管系统的管理技术水平,需要转变思路,完善和优化空管新技术运用,从而推进民航空管系统的长远持续发展。
