摘要
目的:探讨益气养血生津方对乳腺癌术后放疗损害的保护作用。方法:将42例乳腺癌术后放疗患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组21例。对照组单纯放疗不予干预治疗,治疗组口服益气养血生津方,每日1剂,从放疗开始,持续至放疗结束。观察两组患者骨髓抑制情况、放射性皮肤损伤、生存质量、体质量变化情况。结果:治疗后第7天、第14天、第21天、第28天、第35天,治疗组外周血白细胞计数、血红蛋白、血小板和中性粒细胞水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组洁欣使用剂量少于对照组(P<0.05);放射性皮肤损伤比较,对照组明显重于治疗组(P<0.05);生存质量方面,治疗组优于对照组,且体质量变化较对照组稳定(P<0.05)。结论:益气养血生津方可以预防和改善乳腺恶性肿瘤术后放疗所致骨髓抑制,减轻放射性皮肤损伤,提高患者生存质量,改善体质量。
Objective：To investigate the postoperative radiotherapy for breast cancer treated with Yiqi Yangxue Shengjin deco- cotion. Methods ：42 patients of breast cancer after radiotherapy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,21 patients in each group. The control group of radiotherapy, the treatment group oral Yiqi Yangxue Shengjin decoction, 1 dose daily, from the beginning of radiotherapy and till the end. To observed bone marrow suppression, quality of life, body weight changes of the two groups. Results ：7 days, 14 days, 21 days, 28 days, 35 days after the treatment, the white blood cell count of peripheral blood, blood red protein, platelet and neutrophil levels of the treatment group were higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The treatment group used the dose of Jie Xin less than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Comparison of radioactive skin injury, the control group was significantly heavier than the treatment group （ P 〈 0.05）. On the aspect of quality of life, the treat- ment group was better than the control group, and the changes of body more stable than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Yiqi Yangxue Shengjin decoction can prevent and treat bone marrow suppression resulted by breast malignant tumor after opera- tion, reduce radiation-induced skin injury, and improve the quality of life of patients as well as their physical quality.
