摘要
目的调查综合性护理干预对青中年脑卒中患者的抑郁情绪,自我感受负担情况及日常生活能力的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的108例中青年脑卒中患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(50例)和观察组(58例),对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上增加综合性护理干预措施,对比两组患者干预前后的抑郁情绪、自我感受负担、日常生活能力变化。结果与护理干预前相比,观察组干预后1个月及2个月的抑郁自评量表(SDS)及自我感受负担量表(SPBS)评分均显著降低、Barthel指数(BI)评分显著升高(P<0.05);观察组干预后1个月、2个月的SDS评分、SPBS评分均显著低于对照组,BI评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论常规护理的基础上增加综合性护理干预,能够更有效减轻中青年脑卒中患者的抑郁情绪和自我感受负担以及日常生活能力,,促进患者的身心健康。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on depression emotion, burden of self-perception and activities of daily living of the young and middle aged patients with stroke. Methods 108 cases of young and middle aged patients with stroke in our hospital were selected as research subjects and then divided into the control group (50 cases) and the observation group (58 cases) randomly. The control group were given conventional nursing intervention, the observation group were given the comprehensive care interventions based on the routine care. Comparing the depression emotion, burden of self-perception and activities of daily living change before and after nursing intervention between the two groups. Results Compared with before nursing intervention, 1 month and 2 months after intervention, the SDS and SPBS scores of the observation group were significantly lower and BI scores were significantly higher (P 〈 0.05). The SDS and SPBS scores of the observation group 1 month and 2 months after intervention were both significantly lower than those of the control group, BI scores were significantly higher than that of the control group(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion On the basis of conventional nursing intervention, the comprehensive nursing intervention can be more effective to improve the depression emotion, burden of self-perception and activities of daily living of the young and middle aged patients with stroke, and promote the physical and mental health of the patients.
