注意偏向矫正训练对青少年抑郁症的疗效 被引量:3

Effect of attention bias modification training on adolescents with depression

摘要 目的探讨注意偏向矫正训练治疗青少年抑郁症的短期和长期效应。方法于2012年8月-2015年2月在本院共采集了86例青少年抑郁患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各43例,观察组给予常规抗抑郁药物治疗+注意偏向矫正训练,对照组给予常规抗抑郁药物治疗+安慰剂训练,治疗前用流调用抑郁自评量表(CES-D)以及汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)对两组患者抑郁情况进行评估,治疗和训练4周及24周重新评估,同时对治疗训练前后两组患者注意偏向分数、抑郁症状个数进行比较。结果两组患者在治疗前注意偏向分数、抑郁症状个数、CES-D以及HAMD评分组间无明显差异(P>0.05)。经4周的治疗和训练,两组患者注意偏向分数、抑郁症状个数、CES-D HAMD评分均下降,但与治疗前比较无显著差异,同时训练后组间相比,无明显差异(P>0.05)。经24周的治疗和训练,两组患者注意偏向分数、抑郁症状个数、CES-D以及HAMD评分均降低(P<0.05),其中观察组各指标下降情况更为显著(P>0.05)。结论在药物治疗青少年抑郁症的同时,应用注意偏向矫正训练治疗,可更有效地改善病人抑郁情况,长期效应明显,效果理想,推荐应用。 Objective To analyze the effect of attention bias modification training on adolescents with depression. Methods From August 2012 to February 2015 in our hospital 86 cases of adolescent depression patients,were collectedand then randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 43 cases in each. The observation group given routine antidepressant treatment and attentional bias modification training, while the control group was given conventional antidepressant drug therapy plus placebo training, before treatment with Depression Scale (CES-D) and Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) of two groups of patients with depression were measured, treatment and training for 4 weeks and 24 weeks re surveying, also the two groups of patients before and after training in the treatment of attention bias scores and the number of depressive symptoms were compared. Results There was no significant differences of attention bias scores, depression symptoms, CES-D and HAMD scores between the two groups before intervention ( P〉0.05 ) .After 4 weeks of treatment and training, two groups of patients with attention bias scores, depression symptoms, CES-D and HAMD were all decreased, but no significant difference, and after training the comparison between the two groups was no significant difference (P 〉 0.05). After 24 weeks of treatment and training, the two groups of patients with attention bias scores, depression symptoms, CES-D and HAMD scores were all lower compared with that before treatment and training(P〈0.05), and in the observation group, the indexes mentioned above all decreased more significantly than thai in the control group (P〉0.05). Conclusion The medical treatment on depressionof the adolescent patients combined with the application of attention bias modification training can be more effective toimprove the patient's depression symptoms, and the long-term effect is more obvious. The clinical effect is ideal and recommended application.
