45圆钢表面纵裂纹缺陷分析

摘要 对通钢45圆钢车削时出现的表面纵裂纹进行了分析。结果表明,裂纹内部充满了氧化铁皮,无其他夹杂物。结合生产过程发现,连铸坯表面的皮下气泡和针孔是导致45圆钢表面纵裂纹缺陷的主要原因。采取优化炼钢工艺、保证连铸坯在加热炉内的加热时间大于1h及提高均热段温度至1100~1250℃等措施后,连铸坯表面的皮下气泡和针孔缺陷基本消失,45圆钢表面的纵裂纹缺陷也随之消失。 The longitudinal surface cracks forming during turning process of 45 bar steel were analyzed. The results showed that cracks were filled with oxide scales, and no other inclusions. Combined with practical production, it was found that skin blow holes and pinholes on the surface of the billets were the main causes of longitudinal surface cracks. After taking measures of optimizing steelmaking process, keeping the reheating time of billets in the reheating furnace for more than 1 hour and increasing the temperature of soaking zone to 1 100 -1250 ℃, the skin blow holes and pinholes were largely eliminated, and consequently longitudinal surface cracks were eliminated.
