摘要
目的:观察四逆温胆汤加味治疗肝胃不和型反流性食管炎的临床疗效。方法:运用随机抽样的方法选取西安碑林现代医院2013年1月—2014年9月收治的肝胃不和型反流性食管炎患者80例,按照随机数字表法将患者分为研究组和对照组,各40例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,研究组给予四逆温胆汤加味治疗。结果:研究组有效率为92.5%,对照组有效率为67.5%,研究组优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组复发率20.0%,对照组复发率40.0%,研究组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:四逆温胆汤加味治疗肝胃不和型反流性食管炎疗效显著。
Objective ： To observe the clinical effects of Supplemented Frigid Extremities and Gallbladder-Warming Decoction on reflux esophagitis due to disharmony between liver and stomach. Methods：Totally 80 patients with reflux esophagitis due to disharmony between liver and stomach treated in this hospital between January 2013 and September 2014 were randomly divided into research group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. Control group were given conventional western medicine treatment while research group were given Supplemented Frigid Extremities and Gallbladder-Warming Decoction. Results：The effective rate was 92.5% in research group and 67.5% in control group ; research group were better than control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The recurrence rate was 20.0% in research group was obviously lower than that in control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The quality improvement rate was 64.5% in observation group and 40.0% in control group;research group were significantly lower than control group （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion：Supplemented Frigid Extremities and Gallbladder-Warming Decoction has remarkable therapeutic effects on reflux esophagitis due to
