摘要
张仲景对服药温度的论述中,认为温服一方面适用于脾胃之性,另一方面可以促进药效的发挥,冷服则是通过控制药效来发挥药物的正面作用。用药知度这个措施可以让医者和患者对于疾病的治疗做到"心里有底",以便于及时了解病情变化和调整治疗方案。辅助措施的运用在辅助药力、保护正气的基础之上,也有促进机体恢复和增强康复后机体抗邪的作用。不论何种辅助方法,其都逃不过扶正祛邪和辅助药力的作用和目的,使药物在发挥治疗作用时不损伤机体正气、促进邪气的祛除和机体正气的恢复。
For the treatise on the temperature of the decoction in administration,Zhang Zhongjing believes that warm-taken decoction is suitable for the nature of the spleen and stomach anti can promote the exertion of the efficacy of the disease. Based on supplementing the efficacy of the drugs and protecting healthy qi, supplementary measures can quicken the recovery of the body function and strengthen the anti-pathogen function after rehabilitation. No matter what supplementary method is take ,the effects and purposes of reinforcing the healthy qi and assist the efficacy of the drugs car be achieved,which enable the drugs to exert the therapeutic effects without impairing the heahhy qi,promoting the elimination of the pathogenic qi and the reeovery of the healthy qi. Therefore, the systematic research, application of the method of administration create by Zhang Zbongjing may raise the medical workers＇ attention in the administration method, hoping to belier exert the effects of Chinese medicine in clinic.
