摘要
大出血合并凝血病是严重创伤患者早期主要死亡原因,预防和早期诊断处理是降低死亡率和并发症的关键,包含低压性复苏、止血性复苏和损害控制外科的"损害控制性复苏"策略,明显改善了创伤后凝血病的救治结局。本文主要针对创伤后凝血病的临床救治,给创伤外科医生提供一些有益的建议。
Massive bleeding associated with coagulopathy is the leading cause of death in the early stage in the patients with severe trauma. Prevention and timely recognition and management is critical for the reduction of mortality and morbidity. Damage control resuscitation（ DCR）,consisting of permissive hypotension,hemostatic resuscitation,and damage control surgery,is associated with improved outcomes obviously. This article mainly aims at the clinical management in order to give some helpful suggestions for traumatic surgeons.
