摘要
以某轻型家用轿车为研究对象,对基于汽车液压制动系统的汽车结构原理研究。针对目标研制电子制动系统的执行器控制器,研究适合的结构原理及机械器件,使系统更加简洁,通过对ECU数据添加实现其他电子控制系统,使制动系统更加方便简洁,形成大的控制框架,添加数据就可实现各种功能。文章就汽车电子制动器(Electromechanical Brake,EMB)关键技术的具体内容做研究探讨。
This paper takes a light-duty family car as the research object,and makes a research on the automobile structure principle based on the automotive hydraulic brake system.The paper research actuator controller of electronic braking system according to target and suitable structure principle and machinery parts to make the system more convenient and concise.It realizes other electronic control system by adding ECU data to make the braking system more continent and forms a big control framework and Formation control framework as wellas realizes various function by adding data.The paper makes a discussion on key technology in automobile electronic brake (Electromechanical Brake, EMB).
