摘要
根据计量测试部门计量服务质量现状,详述了提高计量服务质量的方案:运用勤哲软件平台开发新的工作流,改变原有的工作模式;提高显性和隐性的服务质量,提高市场竞争力;引进新的技术手段,提高工作效率。实践运用证明计量服务质量得到了有效地提高。改善后的计量服务质量系统实时、高效、透明、便捷。
This paper describes the improvement of measurement quality service in detail,based on the status quo of the measurement quality service in our department. A new workflow was developed on Qin Zhe software platform and the old operating mode was changed. The explicit and the implicit service quality was enhanced. The market competitiveness was improved. New techniques,were introduced to improve the working efficiency. Practical application shows that the measurement quality service has been effectively improved. The improved measurement quality service system provides a real- time,high- efficiency,clear and convenient service.
