摘要
目的为提高血站血液检测正确性,探讨血液标本质量控制和管理的对策。方法对现阶段血站血液标本质量的影响因素进行分析和总结,并探寻针对性对策。结果标本采集、标本运送及标本检测是影响血液检测质量的主要因素;应加强血液标本的采集、运送、接收、检测、保存及移交等方面的工作,以改善和提升血站血液标本的质量。结论血站血液标本质量直接关系到血液检测结果的准确性,更关系到患者的生命健康,应明确有关影响因素,积极做好血液质量控制和管理工作。
Objective To study the strategies of blood specimen quality control and management by improving the blood test accuracy in the blood station. Methods The influence factors of blood specimen quality in blood station currently were analyzed and summarized, and the targeted strategies were searched. Results The main influence factors of blood test quality were specimen collection, transport and test, and we should enhance the blood specimen collection, transport, reception,test, preservation and handover, thus improving the blood specimen quality of the blood station. Conclusion The blood specimen quality in the blood station has a direct correlation with the accuracy of blood test results, and more related to the life health of patients, and we should make clear related influence factors and actively do a good job in the blood quality control and management.
