摘要
热水锅炉作为一种热交换设备,结垢和腐蚀会极大地影响其导热能力,由此造成的炉管过热损坏、出力降低、腐蚀锅炉金属、使用寿命缩短等问题给人们的工作造成了困扰。基于此,论述热水锅炉的腐蚀类型、成因及常用的防腐技术。
Hot water boiler is a kind of heat exchange equipment, scaling and corrosion will greatly affect its thermal conductivity, and the output overheating damage, the problems caused by the damage of the furnace tube, the reduction of output, the corrosion of the metal and shortened life expectancy have caused problems for people to work. Based on this, this paper discussed the types and causes of corrosion of hot water boiler, and corrosion protection technology.
