摘要
介绍了某出口轨道客车端墙结构的设计优化。首先在croe2.0中建立车体结构及端墙结构的三维模型,然后依据UIC566标准要求,并运用有限元分析软件ANSYS进行车体结构静强度仿真计算。根据静强度仿真计算结果,对端墙部位不符合静强度标准的结构及位置进行设计优化,设计优化后再次对车体结构进行静强度仿真计算,结果证明设计优化后的端墙结构静强度能够满足UIC566标准。
In this paper, design optimization on the end wall structure of an export passenger car is introduced. Firstly, weuse the croe2. 0 to establish the 3D model of the car body structure and the end wall structure. Secondly, we calculate the static strength of the car body structure by the finite element analysis software ANSYS according to the UIC566 standard. According to the calculation results of static strength simulation, if the structure and position of the end wall is not in accordance withthe static strength standard, we can optimize the design and calculate the static strength of the car body structure again. Theresults show that the static strength of the end wall structure with optimized design can meet the UIC566 standard.
