摘要
针对6201轴承建立了轴承压装/滚压收口工艺分析的有限元模型,对轴承压装、收口、拉脱全过程进行了仿真分析,预测了收口后轴承与壳体的应力应变和径向位移分布情况,计算了收口后的收口正压力和拉脱力随时间的变化曲线,分析了材料参数对收口正压力和拉脱力的影响。
Finite element model of the 6201 bearing is built to analyze the bearing press-fit process and the rolling closingprocess. The stress and radial displacement distribution of the 6201 bearing and shell are studied during the pressing, closingup and pulling out process. Curves of the convergent positive pressure and the pulling-out force over time are calculated whenthe bearing housing has been closed up. The influence of material parameters of housing on the convergent positive pressureand the pulling-out force is also studied.
