摘要
在调查全院医学实验室现状后,分析总结实验室硬件资源配置存在的一系列问题。并且首次以本科医学教育标准中"知识目标"要求为导向,通过建立权力集中、标准统一、综合考评三位一体的实验室管理体制,从实验室布局、实验室功能设置、实验工具、仪器设备配置几个方面整合、重构实验室硬件资源,取得良好效果。
The paper analyzes and summarizes a series of issues in the laboratory hardware resource allocation after surveyingthe medical laboratory status in the whole hospital and integrates and reconstructs the laboratory hardware resourcesfrom the laboratory layout, laboratory functional setting, laboratory instrument and instrument equipment allocation by establishingthe “three-in-one” laboratory management system of concentration of power, unified standards and comprehensiveappraisal and taking the knowledge purpose-oriented in the undergraduate medical education standards for the first time.Gee good results.
