摘要
目的分析在糖尿病管理过程中使用全程健康教育模式可起到的效果。方法将200例糖尿病患者进行随机分组,即对照组和观察组。对其分别实施常规健康教育以及全程健康教育。结果两组患者均取得了一定效果,但相比对照组,观察组患者在治疗效果、治疗安全性以及患者满意程度上均明显更高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对糖尿病患者实施管理时,通过应用全程健康教育模式的可明显提升治疗效果以及治疗安全性,患者的满意程度也会得到提升,有着很高临床应用价值。
Objective To analyze the application effect of the whole course health education mode in the diabetes m anagement. Methods 200 cases of patients with diabetes were random ly divided into two groups, the control group adopted theroutine health education, and the observation group adopted the whole course health education. Results Both groups hadobtained a certain effect, but the treatm ent effect, treatm ent safety and satisfactory degree of patients in the observationgroup obviously increased com pared with those in the control group, and the differences had statistical significance after thestatistical analysis(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The application of whole course health education m odel can obviously improve thetreatm ent effect and treatm ent safety in the m anagem ent course of patients with diabetes, and the satisfactory degree of patientscan also be im proved with a high clinical application value.
