摘要
2016年1月1日,经历了长期的酝酿和专家的研究论证,《中华人民共和国反恐怖主义法》终于出台并开始实施。其中第七章"国际合作"部分规定,中国各反恐相关部门包括武警、公安、国安等部门可以派员到海外执行反恐任务,这一规定无疑对于中国积极参与国际反恐体系是一大进步和积极转向。随着"东突"恐怖组织与国际恐怖势力不断合流,中国积极介入国际反恐合作机制,并派员到境外国家执行反恐任务,势在必行。
After a long period of deliberation and research, “the people＇s Republic of China Anti-Terrorism Law” wasreleased and implemented on January 1st, 2016. The “international cooperation” part, the seventh chapter, stipulates thatChinese relevant anti-terrorism forces including armed police, public security, national security and other departments cansent people overseas to carry out counter terrorism missions, which is a great progress and positive revision for China toparticipate in the international anti -terrorism system. It is imperative and inevitable for China to get involved in theinternational system and join in the international missions to cope with the confluence of “Eastern- Turkistan” andinternational terrorist forces.
