摘要
目的研究新型护理模式在消化性溃疡治疗中的应用效果。方法选择200例消化性溃疡的患者,根据护理方法不同将其均分为两组,对照组患者实施常规的护理措施,观察组患者实施新型护理措施,比较两组患者的临床护理效果。结果通过比较,观察组患者治疗有效率为88.0%,对照组为64.0%,两组患者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消化性溃疡患者实施新型护理模式能够有效提升治疗效果,是预防和根除HP复发的重要保障。
Objective To study the application effect of new nursing model in the treatment of peptic ulcer. Methods 200 cases of peptic ulcer patients,according to the different nursing methods which were divided into two groups,the control group with routine nursing,observation of the implementation of the new nursing measures for patients,compared two groups of patients with clinical nursing effect. Results By comparison,the effective rate of the observation group was 88%,and the control group was 64%. There was significant difference between the two groups（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of the new nursing mode in patients with peptic ulcer can effectively improve the treatment effect,it is an important guarantee for the prevention and eradication of HP recurrence.
