摘要
目的探究严重腹部创伤院前院内急救中的全程优化护理价值。方法选取我院收治的85例严重腹腔创伤患者将其分为两组,对照组采用常规急救护理,观察组采用全程优化护理,比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组在急救护理意识、护理质量及住院时间等均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对严重腹部创伤患者实施全程优化护理能够有效优化各项护理指标,提高护理质量和护理满意度。
Objective To explore the value of nursing care in the first-aid treatment of severe abdominal trauma. Methods 85 patients with severe abdominal trauma were divided into two groups. The control group was treated with routine emergency care,and the observation group adopted the wholecourse nursing. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The nursing consciousness,nursing quality and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Optimized nursing care for patients with severe abdominal trauma can effectively optimize the nursing indicators,improve nursing quality and nursing satisfaction.
