摘要
目的观察和分析综合护理干预对支气管哮喘急性发作患者的临床护理效果。方法 80例支气管哮喘急性发作患者随机分为两组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上开展综合护理干预,对比两组护理1周后的效果。结果 1周后,观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预对支气管哮喘急性发作患者的临床护理效果显著。
Objective To observe and analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with acute attack of bronchial asthma. Methods80 patients with acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma were randomly divided into two groups,the control group was given routine nursing,the observation group carried out comprehensive nursing intervention on this basis,after 1 week,the effect of two groups were compared. ResultsAfter one week,the total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing interventioneffect is remarkable.
