摘要
前置变频调速技术是注水泵重要的节能技术之一,对杏七注水站1#注水泵进行了前置变频调速技术改造。通过对杏七注水站1#注水泵前置变频调速技术改造后运行情况的跟踪分析,以及对前置变频调速能力的研究,找出该注水泵的运行规律,并优选出其运行的适应区间,实现系统单耗下降0.09 k Wh/m^3。
Pre-frequency control technology is one of the important energy-saving technologies for water-injecting pump. 1#water injecting pump is transformed by this technology in Xingqi water injection station.The running rule of water-injecting pump can be found and the reasonable running range can be optimized by analyzing the running status after transformed and studying the pre-frequency control technology. 0.09 k Wh/m3 of unit consumption for system can be reduced.
