摘要
采用H_2SO_4、HCl-NaCl、NaOH三种浸取方法探讨提高锌高浸渣烟尘中铟浸出率的可行性。研究表明,硫酸浸取工艺中次生PbSO_4及PbO、SnO_2、SiO_2、MeS等难溶性物质包裹是引起铟浸出率较低的主要原因,对硫酸浸渣进行碱性处理并辅以球磨,能够有效打开包裹体,铟综合浸出率可以提高至97%以上,并给出了可行的原则工艺流程。
The feasibility to improve indium leaching rate from high acid leaching residue in zinc hydrometallurgy was investigated applying solution of H2 SO4, HCl-NaCl, and NaOH respectively as leaching agent. The results show that the main cause of low indium leaching rate is package formation of insoluble materials, such as SnO2, PbO, SiO2, MeS and secondary PbSO4 from sulfuric acid leaching process. Those packages can be effectively unpacked by alkaline treatment and with assistance of ball milling, and indium leaching rate can be improved to 97% above. Workable principles process is proposed.
