摘要
为了复现配电网单相接地故障时的暂态过程,需要对接地时刻相位角度准确控制。对相角控制技术进行了研究,用实时调整或阶段调整的方法缓解相位控制技术一致性差的问题,该技术应用于配电网故障指示器系统测试平台,实现了合闸相角精确控制,经试验验证满足在故障指示器等配电自动化相关设备重复性测试的要求。
Accurate control of the phase angle at the docking point is necessary in order to reproduce the transient process of single-phase grounding fault of distribution network. In this paper, the phase control technology is studied, and the method of real-time adjustment or stage adjustment is used to alleviate the problem of poor phase control technology. It is applied to the design of 10kV power distribution network fault indicator system, the power distribution automation equipment such as fault indicator can repeat batch tested in the same closing angle.
