摘要
以应用于两级式航空静止变流器的电流源型半桥变换器(CFHBC)作为研究对象,针对CFHBC存在的启动冲击电流过大及电感电流断续时输出电压不可控等问题展开研究与分析。首先分析了CFHBC工作原理,包括电感电流连续及断续时的稳态工作原理,分析了CFHBC启动冲击电流过大的原因,并针对启动冲击电流过大提出了改进电路。根据航空静止变流器后级逆变器的要求,给出了CFHBC的控制方法,包括变换器轻载时的控制方法、电感电流连续时的控制方法及变换器起动时的控制方法。最后搭建了一台250 W的CFHBC实验样机对理论分析进行验证。
The research object is current-fed half-bridge converter(CFHBC), and most energy is spent on the problems of large inrush starting current and uncontrolled output voltage when the converter works on the situation of discontin- uous inductor current.The operation principle of CFHBC is analyzed.The reason of the inrush starting current is ana- lyzed.and an improved scheme is given.According to requirement of later stage inverter, the control methods of the DC/ DC stage are designed, which includes the control methods when the converter works on the condition of light load, continuous inductor current, and when the converter starts up.A 250 W CFHBC is set up to prove the theory analysis.
