摘要
目前,我国自主研发的镁合金部件还存在强度差,不耐高温和耐腐性低等几大技术难题,影响了镁合金在汽车工业的应用范围。因此,加大对镁合金的研究力度在汽车生产工业中显得尤为重要。本文主要通过镁的物理性质与化学性质、变形与断裂机理、镁铝系合金性能对镁与镁合金的性质进行了分析,通过车用合金铸造及成型技术、性能测试实验、力学性能实验对金属镁在汽车生产过程中的应用情况进行了分析,得出了相应的结论。
At present, there are some major technical problems, such as poor strength, high temperature resistance and low corrosion resistance, which affect the application of magnesium alloy in automobile industry. Therefore, it is very important to increase the research strength of magnesium alloy in automobile manufacturing industry. This paper mainly through the physical properties and chemical properties of magnesium, the deformation and fracture mechanism and properties of mg Al alloy on properties of magnesium and magnesium alloys were analyzed by the vehicle alloy casting and molding technology, performance test and mechanical performance test has carried on the analysis to the application of metal magnesium production process in the car, the the corresponding conclusion.
