摘要
目的探讨心力衰竭患者的饮食护理对策及效果。方法心力衰竭患者110例随机分为观察组和对照组,各55例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上加强饮食护理。观察2组患者生活质量、护理满意率。结果干预1个月后2组明尼苏达心力衰竭生活质量问卷表评分均下降,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组护理满意率为96.4%(53/55)高于对照组的83.6%(46/55),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对心力衰竭的患者加强饮食护理干预,对改善病情、提高生活质量具有积极意义。
Objective To investigate Methods A total of 110 heart failure patients the effect of diet nursing in patients with heart failure. were randomly assigned to the control group and the ob- life, nursing satisfaction rate were compared between two groups. Results The score of life was de- creased in both of two groups one month after intervention, and was lower in the observation group than that of controls ( P 〈 0.01 ). The nursing satisfaction rate was 96.4% in the observation group and was 83.6% in the control group, with a significant difference (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Strengthened di- et nursing for the patients with clinical heart failure is potentially effective to improve the quality of life and promote the rehabilitation.
