摘要
介绍了废料斗NX有限元分析中常用的流体分析方法。以空调翅片高速冲压自动生产线废料斗为分析对象,阐述流体分析的一般步骤,通过流体运动仿真,找出空气逆流的原因,并对原有模型进行优化,以消除空气逆流的影响,保证废料顺利排出。进而求解模型结构的工况模态,模拟出模型前4阶固有频率和相应的振型,分析振动对零件使用的影响。
The common fuid analysis methods for finite element analysis ofwaste bucket NX have been intro- duced. Taking the waste bucket in high-speed automatic stamping production line for air-conditioner fin as the analysis object, the general steps of fluid analysis have been expounded. Through the fluid motion simu- lation, the reason for air reverse flow has been found out. The original model has been optimized to eliminate the influence of air reverse flow, which ensures the smooth discharge of the waste. The operation mode of model structure has been solved. The first 4 order natural frequency and the corresponding vibration mode of the model have been simulated. The influence of vibration to the operation of the part has been analyzed.
