摘要 目的:研制一种眼科专用受水装置,为临床提供更为简便、舒适、易于掌握的结膜囊冲洗方法。方法:该装置由受水器、紧束装置、软管、集液容器、垫套、软体垫层组成。受水器与紧束装置用固定胶固定,软管与集液容器、受水器直接相连。紧束装置由硬化橡胶制成,垫套和软体垫层为一次性海绵制作,其余结构为医用塑料制作。结果:该装置能有效避免操作过程中患者头部晃动导致受水器移位或离开皮肤,减少了冲洗液外溢,缩短了操作时间,提高了患者舒适度。结论:该装置可紧束患者头部,有效承接结膜囊冲洗过程中的冲洗液,具有安全舒适、操作简便、成本低廉、组装及拆分简单等特点,有一定的推广应用价值。 Objective To design an ophthalmological water-collecting device for conjunctival sac irrigation. Methods The device was composed of a water-collecting mechanism, a packing mechanism, a hose, a water-collecting container and a cushion and its cover. The water-collecting mechanism and packing mechanism were fixed with glue, and the hose was connected with the container and water-collecting mechanism. The packing mechanism was made of hardened rubber, the cushion and its cover were manufactured with disposable sponge, and the remained components were fabricated with medical plastics. Results The device eliminated the displacement of the water-collecting mechanism due to head motion, which decreased the douche spillover and time consumed while increased the patient comfort. Conclusion The device collects the douche spilling during conjunctival sac irrigation, and gains advantages in safety, operation, cost and deployment, and thus is worthy promoting practically.
