摘要
以制氢转化炉为研究对象,通过炉管材料高温蠕变实验,确定了蠕变方程中相关系数。采用有限元计算方法,建立了制氢转化炉整体数值计算模型。考虑高温蠕变效应,对其服役6 a后各管系的蠕变应力进行了计算与强度评定。结合拉森-米勒尔曲线,通过对其不同操作周期寿命分数的计算,最终得到了该转化炉剩余寿命为6.24 a。
Taking the hydrogen reformer furnace as a research object, and the correlation coefficient of creep equation was determined by high temperature creep test of furnace tube material. By using the finite element method, a numerical model for the whole process of hydrogen production was established. The creep stress of each piping system after 6 years of service was calculated and evaluated by considering the high temperature creep effect. According to Larson-Miller curve, the residual life of the furnace was determined as 6.24 years through the calculation of different operating cycle life fraction.
