摘要
目的 探讨综合护理对小儿支气管炎治疗效果的影响。方法 选取2014年6月~2016年6月在我院接受临床治疗的支气管炎患儿100例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为两组,各50例,两组患儿均进行常规的临床治疗,对照组患儿给予常规护理,研究组患儿给予综合护理,分析两组患儿的护理效果及患儿家长的护理满意度。结果 研究组体温恢复至正常的平均时间为（1.47±0.23）d,与对照组的（3.62±0.65）d比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;研究组临床治疗总有效率为96.00%,与对照组的84.00%比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;研究组家长的护理满意度为94.00%,与对照组的82.00%比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 对支气管炎患儿在常规治疗的基础上实施综合护理的效果较好,有助于患儿的体温恢复至正常,且患儿家长的护理满意度较高。
Objective To explore the influence of treatment effect of comprehensive nursing care on infantile bronchitis. Methods 100 patients of bronchitis from June 2014 to June 2016 in our hospital for clinical treatment were selected as the research object,according to random number table method were divided into two groups,each group has 50 cases re- spectively, two groups bronchitis children were given conventional clinical treatment,and the control group children were given routine nursing care,the research group children were given comprehensive care,nursing care satisfaction ef- fect and the parents of the patients of the two groups bronchitis children were compared.Results The average time for body temperature back to normal of the research group children was （1.47±0.23） d,compared to the control group chil- dren （3.62±0.65） d,with the significant difference （P〈0.05）,the clinical total effective rate of the research group children was 96.00%,compared to the control group （84.00%）, with the significant difference （P〈0.05）,the parents nursing satis- faction of the research group children was 94.00%,compared to the control group （82.00%）,with the significant differ- ence （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The effect of children with bronchitis implement comprehensive nursing on the basis of con- ventional treatment is good,it can help the patient＇s body temperature back to normal,and parents care satisfaction is higher.
