摘要
"二孩政策"的提出和实施对我国体育事业存在一定的影响。本文通过文献资料法,分析在"二孩政策"下青少年家庭体育行为的转变,以及对青少年家庭体育行为的推动。"二孩政策"的实施使得青少年家庭体育行为更加的丰富化,具体体现在:方式的多样化、对象的同龄化、时间的即时化、环境的轻松化,增加了青少年家庭体育行为,同时也对青少年自身的提升和发展带来了积极的作用和影响,青少年自身的体质健康得以增强,意志品质得以培养,性格气质得以打造,社交能力得以提升,更重要的是养成了青少年体育运动的习惯。在丰富多彩的家庭体育行为过程中,青少年获得更大的欢乐和成长,家庭也营造出更加良好的体育氛围。
The two children policy proposal and the implementation background,which has a certain restraint and influence for sports in our country. This paper through the literature material method analysis the two children policy adolescent family sports behavior change,and promote the adolescent ＇s family sports activity. The implementation of the ＂ two child policy makes adolescent family sports behavior more rich,which embodied in：diversification of modes,diversificationof subjects,of instanttime,environment and relaxation of environment,which increase the sports behaviors of adolescents family andhaspositive influence to teenager＇s own upgrade and development,young people＇s physical health can be enhanced,will can be quality cultivating,temperament and character can be made,and social ability can be improved. More importantly is to acquire the sports habit of youth. In the rich and colorful family sports behavior,the young people get more joy and growth,the family also create a more positive sports atmosphere.
