思想政治理论课教师真学、真懂、真信、真用马克思主义理论是必要的。这主要是由思想政治理论课鲜明的政治性、应用性、综合性以及思政课教师的特殊地位、作用决定的。同时思政课教师真学、真懂、真信、真用也是思政课教师队伍建设的重要组成部分。
It is necessary for ideological and political teach- ers to develop a true belief in Marxism, which is determined by the distinctive political, applied and comprehensive natures of ideological and political theory course, as well as the special role of ideological and political teachers. Meanwhile, ideological and political teachers＇ true belief is also an important part of the teaching staff construction for ideological and political theory course.
