关于案例课堂宣讲活动的总结与思考

摘要 法学案例课堂宣讲是在知识产权案例分析课程进行过程中,由教师制定规则并推动实施,由学生自主选题、自行设计、自由宣讲的课堂教学实践活动。该活动实现了一次教学模式的显著转变,促进了教与学的沟通。它丰富了教师的教学思想,改善了学生的思维能力,拓宽了教学的实施途径,提升了课堂的教学效果。此次课堂宣讲活动中,通过设置独具特色的评审环节和赋分规则,激励了学生的参与热情,提高了学生的参与程度。该活动最终在学生的积极配合下,圆满地完成了预期的任务,取得了理想的效果。通过对于此次活动的全面总结,同时针对此次活动带来的收获和显露的问题,教师本着实事求是的原则,进行了深入的反思。在肯定成绩并分析问题的过程中,教师进一步坚定了深化教学方式改革的决心,确定了今后教学实践发展的方向。 Classroom presentation of law cases is a class-room teaching practice for the course of intellectual property case analysis, designed and implemented by the teacher, and practiced by students independently. The activity realizes a significant transformation of teaching model and promotes teacher-student communication. It also enriches the teacher's teaching ideas, improves students' thinking ability, and expands the ways of teaching implementation, so it can improve class-room teaching effect. In this classroom presentation activity car-ried out by the writer, students' enthusiasm in participation was stimulated through the setting of unique evaluation and scoring rules. With the active cooperation of students, the expected tasks were completed successfully and a favorable effect was achieved. The writer finally summarized the activity comprehensively, aiming to make clear the future direction of teaching practice.
