摘要
能源的生产与消费是支持中国经济发展的重要基础,以煤炭和石油为主的能源消费结构给中国带来了严峻的能源安全与生态环境问题。近年来,中国大力推动能源结构优化,在中长期发展目标的指引和政策支持下,可再生能源产业得到快速发展,中国已经成为世界上最大的可再生能源市场,高度依赖煤炭的粗放低效能源发展方式正在逐步得到改变。目前中国可再生能源的利用水平与发达国家相比仍有较大差距,发展过程中面临着消纳、补贴发放、融资、多种可再生能源均衡发展等问题,实现能源转型任务艰巨。在对影响可再生能源持续性发展的问题进行剖析的基础上,提出促进中国可再生能源发展的建议。
Energy production and consumption is the basis to support China＇s economic development. Coal and oil based energy consumption structure has brought serious energy security and ecological environment problems to China. In recent years, China has promoted the optimization of energy structure vigorously. With the guidance of medium and long-term goals and policy support, renewable energy industry has been developed rapidly in China. China has become the world＇s largest renewable energy market. China is transforming the way that is dependent on coal highly. Compared with the developed countries, the utilization level of renewable energy in China still has a large gap. In the process of the development of renewable energy sources, China faces the problems of consumption subsidies paid, financing, balanced development and other issues. It is difficult for China to transform the energy structure. On the basis of analyzing the problems that affect the sustainable development of renewable energy, this paper puts forward suggestions for promoting the development of renewable energy in China.
