摘要
采用Na_2CO_3溶液分别处理二氧化硅∶三氧化二铝物质的量比为50∶1、80∶1、150∶1的ZSM-5分子筛,采用XRD、SEM和NH3-TPD等进行表征。结果表明,经Na2CO3处理后,形成了微孔-介孔多级孔ZSM-5分子筛。在多级孔分子筛上负载Co、Mo制备Co-Mo/ZSM-5催化剂并进行加氢脱硫反应;研究了工艺条件对最佳催化剂加氢脱硫性能的影响。结果表明,二氧化硅∶三氧化二铝物质的量比为50∶1的催化剂加氢脱硫率最高;该催化剂在反应温度为350℃,压力3.0MPa,空速2.0h-1时,脱硫率达90.8%。
ZSM-5 zeolites with Si:AI=50=1,80= 1,150:1 were respectively treated by Na2COa solution. The samples were characterized by XRD,BET and NHa-TPD. The results showed that Na2COa treatment can form micro-mesoporous hierarchical ZSM-5 zeolites. Then hierarchical zeolites loaded Co, Mo metal were made into Co-Mo/ZSM-5 which were applied to the hydrodesulfurization reaction. Experiment studied that conditions had an effect on best performance of hydro- desulfurization catalyst. The results showed that ZSM-5 zeolite with Si: Al = 50 : 1 had the highest hydrodesulfurization rate. The desulfurization rate can reach to 90.8% at the reaction temperature 350℃, the pressure 3.0MPa, and space velocity 2. 0h^-1.
