摘要
目前视频会议成为网络应用的热点,本文通过论述其组成及工作原理,结合辽宁省地震应急指挥需求组建视频会议系统,并通过实际应用来阐述视频会议系统在辽宁省地震应急指挥中发挥的作用。
The video conference is becoming a hot spot of network applications, its composition and working principle are discussed in this paper, combining with the earthquake emergency command needs to form a video conferencing system in liaoning province, and illustrated by practical application of video conference system in liaoning province plays the role of the earthquake emergency command
