摘要
目的观察夫西地酸乳膏联合扑尔敏及肤痔清软膏治疗婴幼儿湿疹的效果。方法治疗组首先使用夫西地酸乳膏,2次/d,连用1周,然后使用肤痔清软膏,2次/d,连用1周;对照组使用肤痔清软膏,2次/d,连用2周。两组均使用相同的抗组胺药扑尔敏口服止痒。结果治疗组63例中有56例可评价疗效,治愈率为64.29%,有效率为85.71%;对照组63例中有54例可评价疗效,治愈率为37.04%,有效率为61.11%。两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.02,P<0.05)。两组中均无不良事件。结论夫西地酸乳膏联合扑尔敏及肤痔清软膏治疗婴幼儿湿疹疗效好,无明显不良反应。
Objective To observe the efficacy of fusidic acid cream combined with chlorpheniramine and Fuzhiqing ointment in the treatment of infantile eczema.Methods The treatment group was given fusidic acid cream 2times/day for one week,and then Fuzhiqing ointment 2times/day for one week,while the control group was given Fuzhiqing ointment alone 2times/day for 2weeks.Both groups were given chlorpheniramine orally.Results Fifty-six cases out of 63 cases in treatment group were evaluated;the cure rate was 64.29% and the efficiency rate was 85.71%.In control group,54 cases out of 63 cases were evaluated;the cure rate was 37.04% and the efficiency rate was 61.11%.The efficiency rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group（χ2=7.02,P〈0.05）.The Adverse events were not in the two groups.Conclusion Fusidic acid cream combined with chlorphenamine and Fuzhiqing ointment were effective in treating infantile eczema,with no obvious adverse reactions.
