多孔含氮碳材料的制备与表征

摘要 采用三聚氰胺、甲醇和甲醛合成三聚氰胺树脂,用KOH对其进行活化,通过高温煅烧,制得含氮碳材料.对产品进行红外光谱,扫描电镜,全自动气体吸附分析表征.红外光谱结果表明,碳材料中有N—H键、C—N键或C—N—C键存在.扫描电镜表明,在未加入活性剂时,产品表面光滑平整;随着活性剂的加入,含氮碳材料的表面出现蓬松现象,同时出现多孔结构.全自动气体吸附分析表明,W-1-800材料比表面积为1 035 m^2·g^(-1),孔容积0.394 1 cm^3·g^(-1),平均孔径为4.214 3 nm,孔结构丰富. In this paper,Melamine Resin( MR) was prepared from melamin,carbinol and methanal. And then,using MR as raw material,the nitrogen-containing carbon material( NCCM) was prepared by high-temperature calcination. Characterization of NCCM was studied by using infrared spectroscopy,scanning electron microscope( SEM) and fully automatic gas adsorption analyzer. By infrared spectroscopy,the results showed that the carbon material contained nitrogen element. By using SEM,the results showed that the surface of NCCM material were many pore by adding KOH. By using fully automatic gas adsorption analyzer,the results showed that the surface area of W-1-800 material was 1 035 m^2·g^(-1),pore volume was 0. 394 1 cm^3·g(-1)and average pore diameter was 4. 214 3 nm.
