热镀锌实验模拟机设备改进

摘要 针对河钢钢研院热镀锌实验模拟机存在设计不合理问题,通过进行大量的研究和同行业设备对比,对该设备的气刀装置、试样连接装置、扒渣装置、锌锅安装对中装置、锌锅材质等作了改进和调整,使之能很好地进行热涂镀实验研究,达到了提高实验效果、降低劳动强度、减少设备运行时间的目的。 To solve the unreasonable design of hot dip galvanizing experimental simulating machine, based on a lot of research and comparison with same equipments in other business in same industry, the machine is im- proved and adjusted in its air knife, sample connecting device, slag eliminating device, zinc pot centering de- vice and zinc pot material, so it can be used better in hot plating experiment and research. With the improve- ment, the experimental effect is improved, labor strength weakened, equipment operation time reduced.
