摘要
氧、氮元素是小规格钢材质量检验的重要指标,对其分析的即时性、准确性有更高的检测要求,尤其高尖端产品生产具有更重要意义。依据小规格钢材的特点,开发了钢材氧氮元素分析方法,该方法分析速度快、结果准确率高、重复性好,已成功在实际工作中得到应用。
Oxygen and nitrogen elements are the important indexes in quality inspection for small specification steels, there is a higher demand for their analysis in instantaneity and accuracy, especially in high - end prod- ucts production. According to the characteristics of small specification steels, the analysis method for oxygen and nitrogen elements in steels is developed. It has features of fast, high accuracy and good repeatability, and has been used in actual work.
