摘要
采用文献资料法和个案分析法,以德罗巴"欠薪"一案为切入点,对我国职业足球俱乐部的恶性侵权行为展开剖析,旨在找出俱乐部恶性侵权行为产生的内外部原因,并针对这些原因,从加强体育立法、建立体育仲裁制度、组建职业球员工会、完善俱乐部经营模式以及健全俱乐部行业内部规范体系等方面提出相关对策,以促进俱乐部的规范化整顿,为我国职业足球俱乐部健康有序的发展提供理论参考。
Through the literature data method and case analysis method, in the case of Didier Drogba ＂ wages＂ as the breakthrough point, of professional football clubs in China malignant violations to analyze, aims to find out the club malignant violations of internal and external reasons and for these reasons, from strengthen body education lawmaking, the establishment of sports arbitration system, sets up the professional players union and perfect the management mode of the club etc. proposed related countermeasures, promote standardized rectification of club, provide a theoretical reference for the professional football clubs in China, the healthy and orderly development.
