摘要
通过对步进电机定转子铁心零件的结构特点和冲压工艺特性进行分析,介绍了采用一副多工位级进模来套冲定、转子铁心零件,其中有定子冲片之间转动90°再叠铆、转子冲片之间转动72°再叠铆的技术功能,阐述了铁心叠铆转动的工艺,并对冲压排样方案进行了确定。同时介绍了模具的结构特点。企业通过生产实践证明该方案效果良好,满足大批量生产需要。
Based on the analysis of the structure characteristics and the characteristics of the stamping process for stepping motor stator and rotor cores, the stamping stator and rotor cores process formed by the multi-position progressive die were described. Main contents of technology function are : stator cores of index rotation 90° , rotor cores of index rotation 72°. The technology of cores index rotation was expounded, and the scheme of part stamping process layout is determined. It also the structure characteristics of the die. It was proved that the practical effect is good, meets the demand of volumeproduce the production.
