摘要
为了改善硅微粉与不饱和树脂体系的亲和力,减少人造石英石板材加工过程中的树脂用量,采用改性聚硅氧烷在硅微粉的球磨过程中对其进行表面改性,并通过吸油值、悬浮体粘度及渗透时间对改性效果进行评价。结果表明,在改性聚硅氧烷用量为3.5‰时,改性硅微粉的吸油值较低、亲油性较好且与不饱和聚酯树脂的相容性最好。
In order to improve the affinity between silica powder and UP and to reduce the amount of resin during artificial stone processing,the silica powder was modified with modified polysiloxane in the process of grinding.Oil absorption,suspension viscosity and penetration time were used to characterize the modification effects. The results showed that when the dosage of modifier reached to 3. 5‰,the modified quartz powder had the lower oil-absorbed value,better lipophilicity and best compatibility with unsaturated polyester.
