摘要
近年来,会展专业的院校人才培养与企业需求之间出现了脱节,主要归因于实践教学质量不高,而课程改革是关键。会展业实践性强,对实践教学质量要求较高。本文探讨的是在行动导向教学理念的指导下进行会展专业实训课程开发,选取真实展会项目运作过程中"展前筹备阶段"、"展中现场管理阶段"和"展后总结、评估阶段"的典型工作任务,通过教学转化,确定了符合教学要求的十二个学习情境,并设计与其对应的工作任务,同时在政策支持、制度保障、教师引导、科学考核等保障条件中提高学生的专业实操技能。
In recent years, due to the low quality of practical teaching, graduates of Exhibition Major from higher vocational schools cannot meet the needs of enterprises. Exhibition industry is very practical. It needs high-quality practical teaching. Tianjin Sino-German University of Applied Sciences has developed a series of action-oriented courses by selecting some typical tasks from the three stages of real exhibition projects, i.e.the preparation before exhibition, site management in exhibition, and summary and assessment after exhibition.Now we have developed twelve teaching situations as well as requirements for teaching and tasks for each teaching situation. The new courses have indeed enhanced the students' professional skills with the support of the policy, system, teacher's supervision, and scientific evaluation.
